Risk Disclosure
Important information about the risks of trading financial markets and of using Option Signals trading signals.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. General warning
Trading financial markets — including forex, binary options, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and OTC instruments — carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor.
You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
2. About the trading signals
Option Signals signals are generated by algorithmic and AI models from historical and current market data. They do not guarantee profit and do not predict future market behaviour.
"Accuracy", "confidence" and "signal strength" figures are statistical or model-derived metrics and must not be read as a promise of results.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns.
3. Risks of binary and short-term options
Short-term trading (including 1–5 minute expirations) involves elevated volatility, slippage, market noise and a high proportion of random outcomes.
Binary options are prohibited or restricted in many jurisdictions. Make sure such instruments are legal in your country.
4. Leverage and margin trading
Leverage magnifies both potential profit and potential loss. An adverse price move can wipe out a deposit faster than you expect.
5. Technical risks
Data delays, internet outages, API errors and the unavailability of TradingView or of a broker platform can affect how quickly you receive signals and how orders are executed.
Option Signals is not liable for technical failures outside our control.
6. User responsibility
Before trading, consider consulting an independent financial adviser, study the regulation of your jurisdiction and test strategies on a demo account.
By using the Service you confirm that you understand the risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.
7. Regional restrictions
The Service is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person where such distribution would be contrary to local law.
It is the User's responsibility to verify that accessing the Service and trading are lawful for them.
